These Terms of Service apply to your use of the PALIZA website and to any purchase you make from us. By browsing our website or placing an order, you agree to them. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. Using our website

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order.

3. Prices

  • Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable taxes.
  • The price you see at checkout is final: delivery is free and there are no customs fees on delivery.
  • When we show a sale price next to a higher crossed-out price, the higher price is the price the item was previously offered at.
  • If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price, we will contact you before dispatch and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. Price changes never affect orders we have already confirmed.

4. Orders and payment

  • When you place an order, you receive an email confirming that we've received it. The contract between us is formed when we dispatch your order and send you the shipping confirmation.
  • Please give accurate and complete billing and delivery details.
  • All products are subject to availability. We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, or if an item or size is unavailable. If we cancel, we refund you in full.
  • Payments are processed securely by PCI-DSS compliant payment providers.

5. Fulfilment and delivery

Orders are fulfilled and dispatched by our international fulfilment partner in China. We manage the whole process for you, and delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy.

6. Product information and sizing

  • We take care to show accurate product photos, descriptions and materials. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen.
  • Our trainers are unisex and sized in EU sizes. Each product page has a size guide with UK and US conversions and foot length in centimetres. Please check it before ordering, or email us for help.
  • Suede is a natural material, so its texture and shade can vary slightly from pair to pair. This is not a fault.

7. Returns and refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and explains your 14-day return right, how refunds work and your statutory rights.

8. Our liability

If we fail to meet these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our failure. Apart from that, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the price you paid for it, and we are not liable for business losses.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or where it would be unlawful to do so, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

9. Acceptable use

  • Don't misuse this website, interfere with its security or use it for any unlawful purpose.
  • The content of this website, including text, photos and logos, may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

11. Complaints

If you're unhappy with your order or our service, email support@paliza.com with your order number. We reply within 24 hours on business days and aim to resolve every complaint within 14 days.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on our website when you place your order applies to that order.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you live in Scotland, Northern Ireland or another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws where you live and can also bring a claim in your local courts.
